files and not plots. Location could be and block or even new area. Development charges will be around 15 Lacs for ten Marla.

For house construction must need to buy ready to construct ten Marla in DHA 7. Yes you can construct house in possession areas. When your house ready it will look far more occupied than today.

[3:13 am, 30/09/2019] RAHEEL 2685: This is for the construction sector only. Primarily to support PM low-cost housing concept. Builder normally go for fancy projects with higher margins. So i do not expect any major inflow to RE sector.
[3:14 am, 30/09/2019] RAHEEL 2685 But the good thing is FBR is taking proactive actions. The black economy can not be shut down in one go. Govt has to take gradual stepped changes. So i expect more amnesty in the future for the RE sector.
