I am checking Zameen. com for pricing idea of DHA phase 7 for a 10 marla to build a house. Mostly the prices are 55, 60, 70, 80 etc. But on this LRE website, 10 marla prices are 48.

Why is that so? Need details please.

Also you may be mixing some files prices with plots prices

CMY, yes sir, I might be checking plot
prices instead of file prices then. And of course not doing anything for fun here, just a newbie who isn't aware of real estate.

We basically are looking into buying a 10 marla to build a home in next 5 years or so.

CMY sir can you please confirm which sectors of Phase 7 have low file prices for 10 marla, which sectors you recommend to buy now to build a home? And when can possession be expected? And plot number ballot details as well please.

Lahore Real Estate: Not yet. May be next year they will start for H block.
[5:46 pm, 29/09/2019] Lahore Real Estate: No clear answer received whenever asked. We are told the weather is too hot for huge on-site ballot ceremony for DHA Bahawalpur installments files ballot that got applications in April 2019 and also told to us ballot approval being waited by GHQ. PD changing ould be other reason for delay perhaps.

I was just looking at the above list of "for sale" plots in
DHA Multan and "G-320" stood out for a reason. About a week ago (on 24 Sep 2019), I saw a "one kilometer long" message from CMY on an LRE whatsapp group where this plot was being offered as "DEAL OF THE DAY" at 55 lacs. The message was so full of praises and merits of that plot that for a moment I thought that it should be gone within minutes considering that such message must have been posted in "hundreds of LRE groups with thousands of investors" as CMY always proudly claims. However, I am so surprised that this plot is listed listed in the above list at a price of 53 lacs. If this is the response of the market to a deal of the day, I am wondering what would be chances of sales for the other plots. I am just pointing it out to highlight my feeling that trading seems to be almost at stand still.

No hard feelings please, I just wanted to share my observation.

We had the offer the same day but at the last moment the buyer backed out. We go a better option than G230@ 55 so had to reduce the price to 53 lacs. This plot at G245@55 lacs that was not the only corner but alsoo a facing park too same time and very close to other
location from another very urgent seller. You can see same list plot no >>>> G245@55 Facing Park Corner Highly recommended to buy there.


The market is slow. Hard to find any buyer. Most buyers are only interested to buy M block corners facing park or large road. In other blocks mostly sellers and almost no buyers willing to buy at cheap rates yet. They will buy in the herds when these plots are a million higher in future :). BTW today did match a buyer/seller in other G block plot at a higher price.

Disregard this. Work started with minimal machinery and stopped within hours of starting for unknown reasons. Posted what we saw. But didnt
update further videos because nothing to show any more. We didn't get any medal from any one for posting this and dont care if nothing going on there now. When it will start again we will update again with This Need answer in This group oupnd and drone video.

To date out of 1000s plots, I checked on map for all friends since ballot no one contacted me to ask assessment or sell their plot of ten marla in DHA Multan U sector so seems like no allotment done in DHA Multan U block for any and files ten marlas against the land. This may be a good news for U kanal holders as early possesion possible in one to two years in ten marla U .

May be I am missing something. Any friend got 10 marlas in U block please let me know. Thanks in advance.
