I have an intimation letter from dha Multan in which mention that you can collect allocation letter wihin 45 days but I did not receive any letter.Now how can I get allocation letter.Is any changes in this procedure? Kindly inform me about that.

After Imposition on ban on purchase beyond 40 Lac, The Sale of Kanal Plots diminished but no significant fall of price was Found, again now Govt is Lifting that ban but still there is No Movement in Market.
in last one Only Notable gain was seen DHA Town where Prices improved about 50%, Plot which was 50 lac about 15 Months before have reached 75 Lacs, But same change did not translate in DHA Prism which is almost same location as that of DHA Town, there difference is that possibly in 3 years it will be handed over.
My humble opinion is that property prices are making sine waves, Tax Weak Economy bank interest rates are not significant factors. After another 3,4 years another rally will start and all properties will be doubled, No matter DHA Phase 7, Ivy green or Prism.
At least we have seen same in last 30 years

It is intimated that all formalities (NDC Clearance) of cases must be cleared before 20 Oct 2018, so that the files may be included in First Ballot. Cases concluded after above mentioned date may not be included in first ballot, please.
