Buying plot in non LDA approved society

Hello guys.
Can you let me know the risks in purchasing plot in non-LDA approved societies. What kind of issues can occur?

Any society that isn't LDA approved is illegal in as per law, investments get Stuk there with no way out in most cases.

It depends on the power & strength of society. If its Bahria then no issue.
Bahria Town Lahore Sector D, E & F are not approved by LDA but thousands of houses have already been constructed there.
Similarly Bahria Orchard Phase 2,3 4 are not approved but houses are under construction in Phase-2.
All big property dealers are selling plots of Bahria Town & Bahria Orchard.

why big player like Bahria donot beleive in LDA approvals ???? Do they think it is not important or they think they are superior to institutions like LDA ???

Previously i was wondering how can DHA start construct its main boulevard without map and without asking for development charges-- Now it has become clear that this main boulevard was only not for general public, actually it was meant for Askari III and to sell off DHA villas.

DHA multan is way way behind the current prism development status. Even Prism is 5 years away from possession from my estimates and DHA multan will take more than decade !!!

what I Understand that PAEC Lahore Society is Fully developed and Possession is available, But it is very thinly traded society and
Prices are low. It is Right in front of Bahria On Multan Road and almost wholly owed by PAEC employees which are mostly in Islamabad Rawalpindi, If I am not wrong Transfers are also done only there.
There Has Been Societies with these issues and these remained stagnant for decades
AWT once was only transferred in Islamabad and till they Brought the transfer to Lahore the Society did not come to life.
Muhafiz Town is still facing this issue and in spite of Good Locations and development price is lesser than others.
Initial Slow Pace of DHA 9 Town 5 Merla Shuhda Town was also due to NOC form GHQ issue.
Just start transfers in Lahore at Society office and allow investors to hold open transfer for 3 Months the see How Price Flies

Prepare a bank draft of the required amount in the name of
DHA Lahore and send them by registered mail or by FedEx or DHL, with a covering letter detailing full particulars of your plot and installment number. I have been doing this way for my phase 7 plot. Hope it will assist you.
