Is this true that Lahore Ring Road is delayed for at least 2 years and It would not inaugurate on Aug 14, 2017?

Please confirm this news about delaying this project and for how long?

If you look at google earth new update on development of phase 9 there is large farm house like structure in the center of oval complex
Why is that still present ? Has dha not acquired that area ?

I know DHA Ph 9 Prism has already peaked but do you guys think there is still some potential of growth left in it over the next 2 years?

I was looking at 10 marla file but just to invest for 2 years. What is your opinion about J Block? There are a lot of 10 marla plots available there just next to Ring road. Please recommend any other good block as well.
