Further Cooling is being seen in Prism especially smaller Plot Now prime
Location have Gone down about 20% Peak Level.
Looks Like the predications about prism fall will be true, Average Plot rose from 70 Lac soon after ballot to about 105 Lac Near June within 10 months 50% Gain. My Anticipation is it will go to 87 Lac Till Jan 17,
Now we are seeing that Plots are eating their Installments i.e. In spite of 3 Payments
prices are not reflecting increase rather down
