i visited the site, so far nothing on ground in terms of development ..but surely they acquire big area as per my source. On other hand signal free Pindi bypass is going to enhance DHA GUJ value.

Location is not great and it is Midway between Wazir Abad and Gujranwala, also next to it necely developed DC Colony have rates very near File Plus development charges where it is heavily populated and ahev better location

Dha Gujranwala land acquisation underway since last 3 years near Gakkhar, which is more towards Wazirabad than Lahore side with a slow momentum. Might take a while to get enough land to ballot.

I want to know about the recently announced project of Dawood Residencia on Defence road 1 km away from shahkam chowk.This society is small around 450 plots on main defence road.This society is also connected from Jublie town from back side.I think many people dont know about this society even i dont know about this society,i came to know today about this society on my visit to expo center (property show).
Price of
10 marla on 60 feet road is 70 lac
5 marla on 35 feet road is 32.5 lac approx

So anyone who have visited this society and his comments and experts please share there expert opinion about this society.Society is saying that they will give procession in next 6 months as its a small area and development is on fast track.Experts i want your golden words about this society future prospects
