I have two prism 9 files (1 canal and 5 marla), I am unable to pay development charges of both files. I can only pay development charges of 5 marla file.

LRE/CMY please advice what should i do?

Couple of months ago, I was contemplating buying phase 7 commercial while when it was in mid 160s. That's one big regret now. If I were you, I would hold the file without a doubt!

In some of the previous discussions the point highlighted about phase 7 commercial was that no body knows the exact location of these plots but are likely to be near the canal and hence no body will prefer to go to that point all the way from R, P, and W blocks hence not worth the price.
Since then nothing have changed yet the price is increasing on almost daily basis without solid reasons indicating one needs to be careful.
