Just 3 days ago, I was offered 58 lacs for my plot in D-block by an agent who was aware of my plot. If you see on the map an average plot needs to be away from graveyard, shops, grid station, unplanned areas, boundaries, villages, schools, mosques, commercials etc. So we are talking about an average plot near 580-D, for which I was given 58 lacs offer, and when I told the agent that I am not planning to sell, he said is it possible to get it in 59 lacs? So I am sure the supply is getting tight and the demand is growing fast. Then the agent told me The agent told me that it was getting very hard to confirm a decent plot in this price. |
