As per the rumors in the market.
DHA multan will be launch at 55 plus at that time these confirmed plots will be 50. so better to buy whatever price at the moment.
@ rabia you can buy DHA multan files on installment after launching by DHA which will be expensive and not sure you will be the lucky one having in file ballot.

55 might be the launching price and would be inclusive of development charges. File at 32 is non inclusive of development charges. Addition of development charges around 17 lacs to current worth makes it 49. So net difference between cash and instalment plot would be roughly 5-6 Lacs on launch. This is the main factor that file prices being kept around 32.

Dear Mr. Rauf, as per my understanding DHA will give payment plan for three years EXCLUDING development charges. For example, DHA Peshawar announced booking plan as 55 lac in three years installments. But development charges are EXLUDED and have to be paid. So i dont think difference will be 5-6 lacs IF booking price is 55 lacs. Simply said, File cost = Booking plot cost. Please correct me if I am wrong. Thanks

The launching price will be excluding Development Charges, same as in DHA Bahawalpur & Peshawar where Kanal was launched at 37 and 55 lac respectively.
So if file is launched at 50 lacs, total price will be 50+17 (dev charges) =67 lac
Cash File Price at current rate 32+17 (dev charges) = 49 lac
Difference: 18 lac

Difference of 18 Lacks is based on 50 lakhs, as per our information DHA Multan will be launched more than the price of DHA Peshawar, so keep in mind the file launching price in between 55-60 Lacks Excluding development charges.

current file price of 32 will no longer be available once it is announced that DHA is launching DHA Multan which is expected in first week of next month i.e. April 2016.

This file is confirmed plot at cost of 32 now.
DHA multan once announced the launching these file will jump directly to 5 lac minus launching price.
Installment file is not confirmed that you will get the name in ballot or not. These files will be part of plot ballot only.
Development charges have to pay for both installement files and land owner files which will be 1.75 million in installment.

Installment file at 55 in dha peshawar but cash file at 40....difference 15 lac
How can one expect the difference in dha multan to be not less tha this!
Launching price of dha multan would be somewhere at 40-42...so well imagine the price of cash file then ....


But this all is going to happen next year...till then the price will remain stagnant!

The pressure of development charges is not letting prism to increase significantly so prices of multan will remain stagnant owing to same pressure for next 3-4 years to come just as prices have remained so for the past 1.5 years

@Ekrar. I value your opinion but I have two points which I like to mention:
1. Our main discussion is not about expected price of cash file after project launch. It is just showing that there is a big price difference between cash and installment files. And this all came in reaction to Mr. Rauf's comment.
2. As per my information, till yeaterday peshawar cash file for 1 Kanal was being traded at 52 lacs. Please share your sources for 40 lacs cash file so that some brother may get benefit of this information.

it is a first phase of DHA Multan and at utmost they will make it successful, and by the way work is already going on in DHA Multan and still it is not launched.

let me tell you one thing, in repeated meetings of DHA Multan officials with Multan dealers they repeated that Multan will be launched more than the Peshawar price.
so expect the launching price in between 55-60.

Mr. Bekarar...haha..love that notion. Ekrar saab you are talking about next year, justtttt wait for few more weeks and you will see the difference. Prism is best but it does not mean that you trash away everything rest.
We can not compare Dha multan with Dha lahore, for sure, and at the same proportion you cant compare DHA Bahawalpur with Dha Multan. InshaAllah I shall be the first one to remind you when the train would be gone for you & DHA multan cash file would be trading 40 to 45 range.

The launch price of dha multan at 55+ is simply not feasible.
If 55 +20dc make it 75. Why not one would buy in wapda town multan where on ground plot starts at 80 n y wait for development delays of dha multan for 5-7 more years.

The current hype for cash files in dha peshawar is due to ballot-fiasco where almost no one could get through. Let the time pass and cash files in peshawar would also be back at 40.
We have listened to the same rhetoric by dha officials of bahawalpur in the past as well what they are now saying about multan!
Dha multan has more downside risk of becoming another bahawalpur.
At least now people are not saying that I show the negative side of dha multan because I missed the 'train' because the train has not moved anywhere since it came to limelight 1.5years back!
