Neighbouring plots of my plot were marked red by CMY as poor location plots and hence should not be kept. However my plot was not marked by CMY. Can you please advise me whether to hold or sell this plot (2715 R) ? Morover please let me know how much is the worth of this plot nowadays.

What are the pros and cons of buying a pair of 1 kanal plots vs. a single 2 kanal plot in DHA Lahore?

Is one option better than the other?

If the location is similar, is the COST pretty much the same?

Any special costs, fees, or building restrictions with a pair of 1 kanal plots?

My thought was that a single 2 kanal is probably better because you will typically be surrounded by all 2 kanal plots.

Your thoughts and comments on this topic are much appreciated.
