Hi all,

Any idea what is the future of Prism B block, there is huge "Excluded Area", any idea, is this land with DHA ? does some body has update what will be in this area?

if some body is holding plots near to this excluded area, should it be switched to another location?

Prism B Block is a hidden gem and currently very under priced. Has lot of potential to grow. Outstanding location nearest to the other DHA phases and Askari. Since Excluded Area is an empty land not a vollage, therefore it can be predicted that DHA will definitely announce something good in that area in future. As per my opinion, plots near that excluded area are a great opportunity for investors. Rest only Allah knows the best.

1. Your plot are directly connected with 150ft road
2. your plot is located on 60ft road which is very rare in Prism directly attatched to 150ft
3. Near to Theme Park
4. Not too much near to Boundry
5. You need atleast half a Million for Switching

hassan overall location of phase 9 is very much better and strong than ivy green. phase 9 is surrounded by densely populated area hence more growth is expected. its just my opinion based on information gathered through meeting and discussing with lots of people around. ALLAH is best judge though

Hi, whole LDA Avenue 1 Area is around 15000, the Lahore high court verdict itself is not very clear.

i think 69% area of the LDA Avenue 1 is clear, only problem is with 31% area.

Almost 90% of land have already been cleared.Only 10% or less than that whose plots are not clear on ground mostly K block plots rest have been cleared by Lda last year.
