Why is the file of phase 9 more expense then the boundary plots now

Dear Friends,

Recently a friend visited 9 Town and saw the approach road from Bedian road work has started. The buildings on the main road has started to be demolished on order of DHA and soon we will see New road to DHA 9 Town. Dha have marked the road demarcations as well and one can see them near the khala. I am sure the construction work in 9 Town will start soon as well and from Jan 2016 dha 9 Prism work will start as well and this road will be the main entrance for dha 9 Prism. Surely with this 9 Town prices will see another price jump soon.

Any friend would like to add more info to this??

If there is any rationale in price hike of phase 9 file then plots prices needs to be increased also.

Just wana share experience ..i was looking for phase7 1 KANAL plot in fair location in 85 lacs when i came from oversees before eid..now i still cant find a reasonable location becoz prices are so sky rocket...plots which i was looking in 85 lacs range before eid are over 92 plus n now after even increasing my budget to 90 -92 can't find a plot in fair location..Majority dealers r playing games...With due respect Kindly i will request Lahore realestate to plz update ur List of plot numbers becoz when i call in to inquire yblock plot listed on ur website u guys told me that plot is sold 2 weeks ago .If its sold then plz do update on ur website n i wud appreciate find me reasonale plot in 90lacs range ..plz dont show me lower patti plots..not near graveyard drain n littigation plots ..if somebody is interested in selling plots thru Lahore realestate fair location let me know...Best Regards

Here in Sargodha a Putwari name Aslam marasi office in 47 NB involed in corruption badly,he is asking for Rishwat in any case even a Fard, i am going to bought a plot in Khayabane Naveed when i contact that putwari for change of Fardm, he asked me to contact a clerk doing job in Khaybane Naveed and give him that amount of transfer to that fradulant persen,he not only involve himself but the people doing job in khayabane Naveed involved in that corruption,and asking Rs.10000 per marla for changing a Fard only thats tooo much.so the people going to take intrest to take plot in Khayabane Naveed must save theirselves from that fradulant persons.

So i have noticed that two plots bang opposite each other in Sector H 1211 and 1219 have been priced with a difference of 4 to 6 lacs. One was quoted at max 58 and the other at max 62. Also, despite H block plots being relatively more liquid compared to a few other blocks, LRE team seems very conservative in pricing them. However while selling i see they are quoting higher prices for the same locations in H block. Kind of confusing!
