I want to buy a 10M plot in sukhchayn garden to build a house next year.My budget is 60Lac.Any suggestion about the society itself and other good option?security and peace is my first priority.

Awesome place to live so far. Small Society with double side entrance and lot of greenery, gated and 24 hour security. Due to smallness easy connection with management for any issues.

It is not a good society.it is private LTD and not cooperative society. Management not good and charging more to live there. Above all very congested with small roads. you feel suffocation there. Baharia town much bigger and spacious with all Ameneties.

Mr Ali sukh chyen is good society to live with 24 hours security. D , E and B blocks are good to build a home. If you compare it with Bahria town then Bahria is quite ahead than suck cheyn regarding amenities. You can find good schools, college, medical college, banks, super stores, resturants and other commercial shops and famous brand outlets in Bahria but not in sukh chyen so far. Mr yasir Butt is quite rite living standard in bahria is really good as comapre to sukh chyen. Rest all is up to you.

I visited both bahria, sukhchayn and found sukhchayn more better. Isn't a good idea to have a home in more peaceful and secure society as compared to bahria & used amenities of bahria that is very near.As I last visited sukh chayn also building a big shopping complex.

Hi i need lahore real assessment on dha phase 7 plots...Market mein is waqt phase 7 ko ag laggi hui he..is it artifical rise in phase7 ? dealers playing game or is it genuine rise in plots becoz i m getting hard time finding good location plot without any extra features in 90 lacs range? Sir between 11-12 lacs in Lahore the safest location for investment is Lala Land housing Society Lahore. Meray innocent bhai aaj kal 12 lacs mai khuch nahi mil raha. It is so sad. Purpose of these housing soc is to provide affordable living to an ordinary middle class person who is the true back bone of our society but unfortunately this because a trading floor parallel to stock market. Really hope GVT step in and establish strict rules and regulations in dha so people like my brother Adam can buy at least 5 marla plot for 12 lacs. btw I myself have a plot for 90 lacs in defense and I don't mind if it comes down to 40 lacs as long it will benefit the ordinary man. PK first

I am not an expert but you can go for Central Park. You might find a 5 marla plot. This society looks very well organized and prices seem low for the amenities.
