My second post. I have two files of Phase 9 Proper 1 Kanal. First of all How would I find out what are my plot numbers and block as I am reading that Ballot has been done in Phase 9. Also what is Phase 9 Prism ? I am confused. What is the current market price of my 1 Kanal/s file of Phase 9 Proper ? Kindly inform. Thanks in Advance.

Phase 9 Ballot was done in April. Prism 9 is the new name of Phase 9. First you should get to know your plot locations to know the market value. Please send your file numbers to LRE Team, they will update you with the plot number and market value.

I need some guidance and information from all experts. I have a 1 Kanal Plot in DHA Lahore Phase 8 , Block X 889 . Can you provide me with the current Market Price ? And second question , if I keep it how more are the growth chances in next 2-3 years ? Or should I sell it and Invest in any other DHA Lahore area but remaining in same budget like for what I get from selling this plot and use only its selling amount not to put anything else from my pocket. Please advise as I am in Canada since 3 years and have less idea about this. Many Thanks in Advance.

Go to DHA webs. On main page there is a heading "Prisim"-"Ballot-Result". If still face problem send your file numbers.
