Any update on the status of State Life Phase 2? I am holding a plot in FF and quite disappointed with the performance of State Life Association. They promissed to have the map out within few months after the last year's AGM however no news so far.

I will really appreciate if any one can comment on this.

I can confirm to you guys that is has been decided and terms agreed between DHA and State Life 2 for the merger.

A kanal of SL2 will be given 10 Marla, and a 10 Marla plot holder be given 5 Marla. There won't be any development charges.

Sir, You are absolutely right, they are sleeping and there is no chance of SL2 development before up coming AGM. However, in this scenario the management of SL might be changed by the members/ plot holders.

"If the owner of plot is going abroad then can he give authority letter to some of his relative(Nephew) to sell or do construction in his absence?"
