Fawad Sb, u advised to sell these n buy a 10marla in prism... Don't u think a 5marla in 9 Town will give better n quicker gain

I have a question around BTL Sector F balloted but undeveloped plots like Alamgir etc.

I own a balloted file for which I paid all the installments except for last 2 which are now over due along with surcharge.

At this point there is no sign of development for these blocks, in fact i have read on this forum that BTL does not even own land for these blocks.

My question is, what should be the best course of action around the unpaid installments.

If the suggestion is to wait, please also mention how long this wait can be.

There are some plots/ houses in DHA Phase 5 D block which are on boundary with Lums. their rear wall is common with LUMs wall. Are these treated in the same way as other boundary plots?
