Each and every plot of Phase 9 Prism will gain with time. The difference in price will remain almost in same per-potion as they are today. Boundary plots are over criticized otherwise generally they are much better located and have free and fast access most of the time.

I was going to buy 1-Kanal plot in Tulip block on installment but now I have changed the decision and will go to 10 Marla in developed blocks and approved by LDA to build house. Though the extension blocks will be approved later but still risky and it will take some time.
I am searching for a 10 marla plot in Jasmine block. I can exchnage with my 1 Kanal plot in Engineers Town.Actually I am in Dubai and cannot searchmuch visiting there.

Respected CMY, Jameel or any other member is requested to explain buying procedure of DHA Multan. I guess only Affidavid file are available not allocation files. Do we need to go to DHA office at Multan or formalities can be done at Lahore. Please explain for knowledge of all. Is buying affadavid file is safe to purchase.

Yes you will have to goto Multan twice
That is also Correct there are more affidavit files and almost no allocation files the reason is less turn over or less short term investors

Affidavit file can be transferred to your name without your presence. So no need to go to Multan as it can be transferred to your name by seller/Investor.
LRE has trustworthy affiliation and they can get it transferred to your name and can verify if from DHA office before making final payment. You only have to go once to collect allocation letter later but that you can do even after 1 year.

I think many people are confused like you
If you want Plot for Possession or to make home in 2,3 then Buy in Phase 7 It already have possession and 2,3 years will be right time to live there.
And If you can wait for possession time and later few more years for population to happen in DHA 9 like DHA 6 is today then phase 9 is right chice.
Price increase in both of phases will be almost equal only thing that in short term 2,3 years Phase 9 may not give much profit.

I would not invest all my money in one plot, if goal is purely investment. Chance of doubling your money earlier is greater if you invest in several smaller sized plots compared to one 1-kanal plot. Buy at least 2 plots from it.

Prices in 9 town are rising and as soon as construction activity will start....prices will rise again....ultimately prices will reach or cross 80 lakhs within a year or so....
