I would like your expert views on DHA Rahbar 10Marla File ? Is it worth spending 3million for DHA Rahbar and how long will the ballot take place?

All of you have discussed far too many other socities pls help me with this if somebody can?

Bahrian Orchard and Green Valley

Plots in Bahria Orchard have increased in value by a couple of lacs (for 5 marla) recently, after a long lull. The development work here is almost complete and is world class in its standard, as expected of bahria. Expansion of raiwand road (and future LRR)will also have a positive effect on it. I expect it to gain sold gains in the future. Comments welcome.

Bahria Green valley file merging has also been announced. This means that bahria is trying to get rid of extra files from the market and getting closer to announcing the location for this project, which is thought to be behind haier factory on raiwand. The files are in negative now but if location is announced, then it will shoot up immediately. Progress in this regard is slow paced but I see positive outcome in the end. Comments invited.

Clarification Required for Non-Construction Penalty in DHA

Have DHA publicly announced non-construction penalty for various Phases of DHA. If yes, from where someone can get a copy of that notice. It is strange that such an important notice has never been posted on this website.

If DHA has not publicly announced the non-construction penalty, then I doubt that DHA is legally authorised to charge the non-construction penalty.

A clarification is due.

After 3 years 13 K per year Per Kanal
In DHA phase 1,2,3,4 [Or ? ys after Possession] , 53000 per Kanal per Year
There are notifications on DHA site please spend some time and let us know as well
