H Block Phase 9 PRISM Sale Evaluation

Dear All,

I got a Plot in H Block Near 602 (facing park) Phase 9 PRISM and got an offer from a friend here in KSA as 73 Lac excluding development charges.

I want your sincere opinion that should i sell it or hold it for 2 to 3 years?

fyi, i don't want to build any house here, it is purely for investment purpose.

A corner plot on 60 feet road and facing Park, but very near to boundary of village. At present it a bit underpriced, should have been 75-76 law.

I have plot number Q 309 measuring 1 Ksnal in Phase 9 Prism and asked for LRE comments . Mian Fawad Ahmad gave positive comments about it's
location in his reply dated dated 24/5/2015 which is reproduced below .

Location Of Your Plots Are:

M 863 Average Location, Near Anmol Society Boundary Wall.
H 1529 Average Location, Non Standard Size, Direct Approach From Main Road.
Q 309 Good Location Near DHA Town Developed Plots.
M-870 Average Location, Near Anmol Society Boundary Wall.

location but 5 marla with min 40 ft road as low as 23 lacs .while town 5 marla with even 30 ft road is between 42 to 60 price range . only difference i can tell u by broken heart

Mr Asad is right. Too much expectation in the beggining and too much wait dissapointed us. If one can wait it will give high returns soon In Shaa Allah.

Short term 2,3 Years Out Look of phase 9 is Not Good
But what to say here most "Investors" are asking for investment advice for 6 months to 12 Months Realestae investment is only matter of Patience.

if u can invest in diamond , gold ,oil go on . in property keep in prism . i dpnt think right now anything better without lot of risk.if u can earn more than it in 2.3 years go on .

Sell it. This is a very good price on offer. Market is already slow. This will continue to be slow in coming months.
DHA has never seen current price level before. This is the highest. Secondly, when DHA levy development charges
prices will go further down.

Greetings! Please humain bhi thori lift kera dein. Please evaluate 1-Kanal plot in Phase-9, M-786.

Secondly what is your overall evaluation of sector-M. I hardly see any discussion about this sector or any buyer/seller interest. Kiya itna bura hoon mein ma?!
