Even balloting happen in 2016 but price will go high now because 1Y not big time. Think about small investors. They ve very short time to arrange money now and overseas Pakistani they ve short time. Maximum they can visit one or two time before balloting. My special advise to overseas Pakistanies that don't plan this for next visit. If you here buy it.

Excess land in DHA

In the allotment letter for my phase 7 plot, 1 kanal corner, block Y, it is written that thete will be an excess 5 marla land that I can purchase by paying land price to dha.

I am not very familiar with dha lahore procedures and rules. Can someone expert shed some light on this topic.

Is this a default statement written on every allotment letter or it means that I will get 5 marla extra on possesion?

Also, although extra charges were collected by dha for corner plot but it is not mentioned anywhere in allotment letter that plot is corner.

in case of corner plot you may get extra land but the accurate scenario will be clear after possession. in dha letter word corner is not mentioned generally.dha charges 10 % of development charges for corner plot.as you have allottment letter so these dues are paid. all you need is to pay for extra land after possession.
