What is price of i Kanal plot in Street 7 of F Block of Phase 6 in DHA Lahore.

Is there a village at end of this street which on map of Property dealers is shown as Park, School and Police Station but in reality on Google Earth seems a village with multiple small houses ?

What is this Harpalkay Minor which passes through phase 6 ? Is it like Roohi Naala which gives bad smell ?

impact of DHA office shifting

well these days people are overwhelmed with the idea of DHA office shifting to ph 6....thats the reason behind such speculations of crossing phase 5. Anyhow time will prove it.
on the other hand if anyone expects phase 7 to be at par with phase 6 in next 4 years...where half of the blocks have not been given possession due to litigation ....than God have mercy on those who speculate such boom.

GOOD NEWS : DHA Lahore  now moving its office from dha phase 3 Y-block to DHA phase 6 new building and will commence work from 17th December 2014. meanwhile pubic dealing will be closed from 8th to 16th December. In coming years dha phase 6 MB is going to be biggest commercial hub.
