If you have Plan for construction after 3 to 4 Years then Phase 7 is really good choice considering the prices prevail now. For Sure we will see with the passage time Phase 7 will be populated and after 4 year you will a large number of houses in phase 7.

In Case of Army Quota Plot , It is mandatory for Army Personnel to get no objection certificate (NOC) from GHQ to sell their plot / File . IF NOC is Ready Then transfer can be executed easily other wise wait for NOC.

Congratulations on your new job/business. It is better to save and then pay lumpsum. You can invest every month in saving center to offset inflation and then buy with lumpsum amount after 3-4 years.

Dear Izamir, you can buy plot in Bahria town of very good location, and it is the most planned society in lahore as far as i know. i also constructed a 5 marla house in bahria town in sector F. this is my personal investment. i'm an architect and this was my first project in bahria.For better and healthy environment i suggest you Bahira town Lahore.
