Dear readers, We all know that Phase 9 is the only phase still and all other phases are in stage of completion or soon completion. The price of Phase 9 file has gone very high, as a file it is expensive, but considering DHA lahore's performance may be this year or the next year early this will be a marked plot in the MAP. and in 3 to 5 years it will be on grounds and after further 5 to 7 years it will be livable. so we buy this file which is safe because of DHA so far. After 10 to 12 years this 50 lacs will be around 170 lacs.but we have be patience until at least 6 years to see plot on ground. We have to have a big heart.So if someone has Phase 9 file it is good and if someone doesnot have it can have it soon of even plot after balloting, may be at cheaper rate for short time and then the rate will go up. lets see.Nothing is certain in this world. And No offence to any one just my simple analysis
