Practically No Dirving license required in Pakistan, For Formallity you can keep as many driving license as you like in pakistan.

In Lahore, Driving license is require.
You have to have learing before getting Pakistani driving license. Saudi license will not help.

I am also visting lahore 2 or 3 times per year i don't have pakistan's driving license but i drive no one is asking for driving license. Only if your cross singal or do wrong parking in mall area or gulberg area may trafic police ask for your driving license otherwise no need.

Change is must and no body from outside will bring positive change for us. Change will come inshallah when we will srart changing ourselve as an individual. How can we expect that one day whole nation will be changed suddenly and every thing will be right. We need to change our mentality first. Biggest concern related to our society is that we are not considering evil as a evil.
My friend, i can not clean the whole country myself but believe me i am doing what i can do. Atleast i am not ready to support or be the part of any such activity which is clearly rules violation.

Don't understand, why people are angerly waiting for Balloting of phase -9.
One must remember that good outcome of investment in phase-9 in 5 years gradually 15 to 20 lakh per year.... and no other investment will return like this at the moment.

Currently (): around 26 Lakhs cost of land.

After 3 years (): somewhere between 85 Lakhs and 135 Lakhs. That's a conservative estimate assuming there is no significant +ve or -ve change in the macro economy, i.e. status quo is maintained. The estimate is directly proportional to the change in macro economic situation during the given time period which is next 3 years.

after 3 years it will be a fully developed society and the rates will be comparable to Bahria at least 70 to 80 % of Bahria.
If Bahria is 80 lac now for 1 kanal, then after 3 years u can guess how much would it be. and so u can also guess how much NFC 2 would be.

if u want to spend 2.5 million then u have two options

NFC 2 ... 1 kanal
DHA Rahber... 5 marla

Both are good, but in my view NFC 2 is better because keeping in view its current low price, it has much more potential for profit in 2 to 3 years.

Mr. Ba, file is a file and plot is on ground reality. Also, there is huge difference in 1 kanal and 5 marla plots. There is no comparison between DHA Rahbar 5 marla file and NFC2 1 kanal plot, always go for a plot on ground specially when it is four times the size of the alternative. NFC plot will be at least twice the price in 3 years or less.

Balloting is in a day weak month or year DHA-9 has to ballot one day. DHA will generate money from it so DHA it self will like to do it sooner then you and I like it.

One thing for sure is DHA-9 is hot buy and can bring the most return and cheapest to have a home in Defence Housing Authority in so low price.

All are rumors. Nobody has exact info about balloting. We have been bearing such news (next week, next month, very soon, around the corned etc) for more than one year.

DHA has yet to give possession of Phase 7 and development of Phase 8 is undergoing. I think may be in coming few months they will do the ballot and ask for development charges plus put some of plots on installments, as property is on high price these days and they will try to get full benefit for it. Waiting for couple of years will not benefit them, as the property prices are volatile. This year is a good time for them to go ahead.

Pls. Go any big travel agency. They will charge SAR 100 and issue you international driving license immediately. They need ur Iqama and Saudi driving license copy may be passport copy and 1 passport size photo. Normally they issue immediately.

Get IDL based of KSA license from travel agent or ALFIFA etc. For US no need of IDL, KSA license in English is acceptable.

Last my travel agent made for me IDL immidiately and charged me SAR 100 only. It is very simple and easy procedure. Please note in all GCC countries and even in Malaysia they accept Saudi Driving License.
