hi my question to Property Experts is i Bought 1 kanal plot phase 7 in Y block like a year ago .Mashallah there is gain of 8 lacs in my plot but if i compare the prices with phase 8 i think phase 7 has not gain that much.any special reason why phase 7 is still stuck on between 55lacs-85 lacs and its almost ready for construction. I bought phase 9 file also last year for 25lacs n that has gain almost to 42 lacs but i m thinking to sell phase 7 plot n buy phase 9 after balloting? u think thats a good idea or shud i play more waiting game with the price of phase 7? wise advice will be welcomes..JAZAKALLAH

Can anyone shed llight on FBR share in rental income from Commercial plaza? How does it work? Does one have to to pay when plaza is on rent or when its constructed but not in anyone's use? What is amount one has to pay to FBR?

Is it still good to buy 5 Marla Plot in DHA Phase 9. I have seen that prices are increasing tremendously & right now it is around 14 LAC while it was around 13 Lac in past week.

Do let me know if that is good investment even to buy the file at 14 LAC price?

Future value of DHA Lahore Phase 7 after balloting of Phase 9

Salam and congratulation to all Pakistanies after successful completion of Election 2013. It doesn't matter who win/loose but we can hope and pray newly elected parties will work for Pakistani people.

We also know that Phase 7 possession will be given some stage next year and location of Phase 7 is much less great than Phase 9.

Would you please comment what would be future of property of Phase 7 plots once Phase 9 balloting completed?

Can you, Mr. Kaisairani, LRE or CMY compare and comment price of Phase 7 plots?
Considering scenario that after balloting of Phase 9, there will be a long period of wait for development start, then time for possession when someone can construct? Any rough idea how long would that take that possession will be given in Phase 9 after expected ballots this year?

What would the price comparison in 2014 If I talk about average location of 1 Kanal plot in Phase 7 with possession and ready to construct in 2014 versus same average location 1 Kanal ballotted plot of Phase 9 WITHOUT development started and with no Possession????
