Is it specified in the DHA/BT files whether the plot would be a Corner, Park-Facing or on Main-Boulevard?

At least in DHA-9, it is not specified. I think same will be the case for BT but may be some1 else can comment.

I know in Bahria, you can check on the preference of your plot on the form, if you prefer corner, Main Blvd etc. but then you have to pay 10% or 20% extra cost if you get that plot. I don't think in DHA you can do that.

@Hussain - The nature of file plot is only known after ballotting. File does not show anything you are looking for. At the time of balloting, it depends on your luck whether your plot falls corner plot or facing park. Also, plot can fall near the grave yard, near village, on boundary or near ganda nala. I am talking about DHA, Lahore. My own experience, my balloted plot is a corner plot in DHA 7.

I am a oversees Pakistani. I bought DHA-9 file couple of years ago. How can i find that whether i have DHA membership or not? What is the procedure to get membership while staying abroad? Kindly share any consequences.

when you purchased a file and transfer it to your name, then membership fee and all other expense you have already paid without membership fee you can not purchase a file....

Dear Maroof,
I got a file and I was also asked by Property Dealer to fill a form and get membership. I have file allotment letter but DHA membership form remains with me empty. As LRE has mentioned below, allotment letter is enough to get in balloting, I will postpone membership for lack of money. But it is not true that membership is automatic.

For member ship you can always pay your membership at later stage there is no problem.so don't worry about it dha is not going to give you possession of your plot with out depositing membership fee.leave the worry n enjoy the ride.this file can go up to 45k .good luck

The fine is 1000 Riyals if this is your first instance of not canceling your Exit-ReEntry before its expiration. After that it is 2000 Riyals, and then 3000 Riyals.

Wait until your Iqama expires , I had the same issue even got a visa for a new company but they create issue at Airport there because of your finger prints Iqama has to expire

Dear Omil, you can get it cancelled through any service office outside passport office building , they will charge you their fee and will do the needful. The other way is to go Bahrain and get it used, you may come back after just entering their immigration post. Choice is your's , how it is convenient to you.

Little temporary selling pressure in DHA Lahore market due to some candidates selling their properties to fund their elections campaigns. Normal to have small dips like this.

yes this is very valid question, especially those who have purchased dha 9 files on affidavit i.e only paid Rs.6500/ fee to dha. are these also become part of balloting or eligible for ballot by paying dha membership fee around 38 k of 10 marla.

The current market value of Near D 421 is around 97 to 100 Lacs.YOu do have to wait for 2 years for 130 lacs depending on the situation of the market at that time.
