One of my friend needs urgent money in UAE where I am also working , He promised to deposit Pak Rupee in my account in Pakistan after some assess will be sold. He is trustworthy person
It there any violation of rules if someone deposit money in your account, like Rs 20,00000. Will I have to prove at any stage what was the source of this money? Does it make difference if he deposit cash or Cheque.

Yes! You may be careful if it is paid in cash. If necessary, please receive the amount in your account by cheque or pay order. To make it more safe for yourself, please take a letter signed with ID card copy the purpose of receiving the amount. It could be gift or loan and some business deal.
Also it is very risky for the depositor to carry this huge amount to the bank.

Dear Jameel Sahib,
For tax point of view, if you purchase any assets out of it, CBR can ask you the source of funds and they will not accept gift given by a friend (it should be a blood relative and a proper documents should be made at the time of gift.

I would suggest, you can offer him amount in UAE currency and take him back same in UAE when he returns and send it to your account yourself in Pakistan. Same law applies for foreign remittance(CBR will only accept if it is sent by blood relative) to purchase any asset in your name.

Mr. Jameel,

There is no issue and this 2m is not very big amount as well. Just relax and enjoy life.

I would recommend you to take out the cash and convert into $/AED otherwise your PKR will go further low and you will hit recession.

I just one year PKR lost 30% weight!!

Only worrying factor is to convert and relax....

yes it is issue because it is almost 75000 dhs which is going to some one account with out any bussiness reason. now every thing is being tracked above 10000 dhs.
2nd receiving in pakistan then u have to pay tax because you can not prove that it is foriegn remittence. so be care full.

A good plot in Ph. 8 is worth 120-125 lacs whereas bad plots are worth 60-65 lacs. How is that possible that one kanal is better that two plots of 1 kanal each within 5 km range.

Can anybody explain this.

W, T sectors are core of PH8. Others have villages and un-allocated pockets, which make them less attractive and hence less in price. See the map to realise this.

So this is not a property related Question. Can some living in UK please enlighten me.

My eldest brothers lives in UK and was given UK Residency/Nationality almost 8 months before. My father who is 60 years and Mother about 53 years old planning to shift UK and stay with Bhai.

Just wondering how much time will it requires for them to move UK. What documentations are needed?

How much time will require obtaining Nationality for them? I think my elder brother is applying for Multiple Visa for them.

Will be awaiting for kind reply.

As far I know, they can only stay up to 6 months maximum on visit visa and the only way old age parents can live with UK National if parents or your brother can prove there is nobody in Pakistan to look after them or else, parent(s) have to exit/leave UK before end of 6 months continueous stay and enter again to live another 6 months regardless they have 10 years multiple entry visa.
I presume your brother in UK would know much about this already as there are plenty of Desi Solicitors who has been dealing these kinds of cases.

As far as I know ur Brother need to demonstrate that He is living in uk as british national. He can accomodate and support his parents with public fundings. There is no one in pakistan to lookafter them financially and physically.And he has been sending them money on regular basis that shows that they are entirely dependent on him. Good luck Sister
