Rana Azman, keep ur plot, its Time to purchase. D block is near EME and will have excess to canal road sometimes. Prices will shoot up soon. Possession is near. Canal rd is expensive than Raiwind road.

I have given a POA to a friend and now I want to cancel it but he is not available mean disapear. This POA covers full rights to buy or sale any property on my name. One who has issued POA can cancel it. You are the owner unless attornee has already executed any agreements. Did you just gave general POA or it was specific to any one property. Please explain more for detail answer. which society and how was it obtained?

I agree with you sheikh Sb, but its complete new drawing and even plot has been replaced with roads or something else.
so it should be locations not plot numbers, but few people are spreading rumours about changing plot numbers. any confirmation from DHA

DHA is not issuing any clarification . Some persons in the market are selling plots according to new map where location is too good of odd plots.

The best choice is now to buy DHA 9 file. Now its your option either go for Kanal file or two marla, One 10 Marla with one 5 marla.

Divine Gardens Lahore
Dear all,

I have a 10 Marla House in Divine Gardens Lahore booked 03 years back. The planned completion and handover was due this month March 2013 as per my booking but I think its only Grey Structure till now.
My family recieved the attached letter from Divine developer for the Design servies initiated by them without mentioning any additional cost at this stage, as the design service seems optional.

Can anyone/LRE please update on the status of this project as I am abroad and also any in-how about this design service (charges etc...) and if its worth it.

Thankyou all for your comments in advance and I hope we are thinking on Merit for upcoming Election..... Long Live Pakistan.....

I visited the site last week and the work going on is extremely slow. dont know what is going on and no one seems to give an accurate timeline. We were told our house will be ready in march now then they told us june now someone at the site said it will be when the entire project is read which im sure will take years. it is all very frustrating and depressing

This interior decoration is optional and very expensive almost double than out side. My suggestion is don't go for any interior change except UPS wiring and after possession you can make interior as per ur requirem.

Dear doctor it is good to know that Pakistanis are involved in such cutting edge work in china. I will keep your contact info just in case I need it for my father in future. However in fairness you should also let people know that stem cell treatment for Parkinson's is still in early stages of development. No clinical trials have been done in USA so far. Efficacy and side effect issues are still there otherwise Micheal J. Fox would have gotten it by now.

Nevertheless it is a very promising line of research and I wish you much success. When this treatment gets perfected I hope you will bring it to Pakistan.
