Construction charges of only grey structure is 1,3000,000 on installments

The land cost will be determined later which could be anything based on Pha discretion.

Apparently allottees r not paying installments coz of slow/no development if u read the minutes of meeting of board meeting in july 12

Location of "KURI PHA OFFICERS SCHEME" is v.ggod this is only for Federal Govt Officers. Gated comunity booking Price is high. construction of houses is not yet started.
PHA officers scheme houses are not recomended to purchase in re-sal after launch of Bahria Enclave.
Prefer on ground with possesion plot near under construction houses in Bahria Enclave.

Price in Township is Judged by The Location only if it is Peaceful Location approach Free From rush etc on wide road then it is good price, It is almost Plot Price if Location is Good. So Well bult house is a bonus on top of it.
If You tell Approximate Location Block etc then more accurate analysis can be done

Many Thanks Mr. Habib, house is located in Block 3 Sector C1. its behind the main road going to green town from famous umer chok. Behind the house there is a garden as well on walking distance and second from corner. For me location is good as I am also living in same area since 1983.

I visited the Bahria Orchard about three months ago, the developement is going on a fast pace. This area will become very attractive because, lahore ring road is planned very close the Bahria Orchard, so would like to suggest to hold on to your plot.

Bahria Orchard is very close to lahore as compare to Bahria Sector "c". I recently got my possession in central District and it took 10-15 minutes from Yateen Chowk to bahria Orchard.

If u are asking about Rawalpindi u are right.
In Rawalpindi at the time of booking location was near DHAI-II Ext. After few years location was changed and few hundreds Pre fabricated villas were constructed in Phase 8.
Now the remaining alotment is ground plus 2 floor flats. Additiona charges about 150000 in installments are also imposed by Bahria Town.

Who can ask Bahria Town??

1 good thing is that price of awami villas has raised up to 13 lakhs imy self sold 1 awami villa 3 ground floor in 13 lakh about month back still there is margin on completion as 2bed room appartment being sold on booking in 20 to 25 lakhs that is one good news after waiting so long

Eden place situated at ganda nalla link to kacha road not suitable to be established a housing society there. Surrounding area is fully industrial area it takes 15 year for population. Bad project.
