The tenants have vacated my house with interior paint in very bad condition. children have used it as blackboard to make all sorts of drawings and writing. I want to clean all this and with little cost, paint it again, just the walls.

Could some expert advise how to paint the house interior in cheap cost.

I am going to start rubbing the walls with sand paper myself.

What do to next. Please advise

4" brush is good and you should sort out which paint is already done is it a expensive or like robilac etc or is it just an ordinary one. I just have done my with cheap paint which cost me 750P/Gallon and it served my purpose. Go to market and you find so many choices. I am sure after inquiring few shops you will able to determine which to buy. Try with quarter(qty) for experiment later buy gallon by gallon.

Some days back i viewed a message from moderator which was...

"Please be aware that you cannot post ads on this website without mentioning the demand price which should also be reasonable & according to going market rates, not too excessive. Not disclosing your demand price online is taken as an attempt to decieve the potential buyers who are not aware of the going market rates...

Isn't this applicable on lre workers?.

The rules and underlying logic/reason mentioned in moderator's note, equally apply to LRE staff as well. In fact they are expected and suggested to be more careful.

Mr. Azeem @ LRE, please clearly mention "demand price which should also be reasonable & according to going market rates, not too excessive". Otherwise moderators are free to delete the ad, and ban the poster (LRE Staff) if he repeated the same ad without demand price.

Buy on ground plot in phase 6, it will double in coming 2-3 years and risk chances r less. It will b on ground. And you can sell it at any time in market cost and u will not be in volatile position which may occur in non possession plots

Listen guys i am not dealer at all, where i will favor of my interest, i've just answered, what i did in past as investor, and now i am quite satisfied.
Let me answer first to Abdulrahman, if you are planning to buy a plot not file on DHA-9, at this phase of time, then you are absolutely right. Make sure two things, 1- you are not buying a plot at DHA 9 Shudha Town, make sure you are buying a plot solely to DHA-9 phase, which is the best decision at the momemnt, as far i know the next ring road internchange will be cross over to 9& 10 after the very next interexchange to Aishana Housing scheme by our great leader. the price is not very about the 5 Marls plot at 9 Phase, not the DHA 9 town, thats why make sure that you are selecting the right plot. Now the pricing about the develeopment of 50% completed blocks are a,b,c d, where a good selection of plot you good buy 22,23 at maximum, but selllers are demanding at this momnent 26 plus, but i tell you hard cash payment of bank draft of once day paymeny will lead you to buy 22 or 23 laks a superb plot, as hard cash payment parties are very few of them, on the running period, and that why you could acheive what u r looking for!

I already have commercial plot in Bahria nasheman but it is sun flower block so may be its worth is less than the plots you mentioned in your post.I bought that plot in July 2011 so I was just comparing with phase 9 file because at that time both were having same price but now phase 9 file has much greater worth. I was just thinking that I made a wrong decision at that time...

Commercial in DHAI and Bahria is over priced from my perspective so I suggest that you think twice before investing. For investment, Lahore is the best place. Excellent returns in DHA Lahore. CDA sectors also good investment by I personally think that CDA has become unreadable from common man and it needs price adjustment. I suggest Lahore for good returns.

For business, I suggest women or kids clothing retails or some food business. Clothing outlet e.g. Some franchise like Gul Ahmed, Bonanza, Junaid Jamshaid, Outfitters. I plan to do one of those but franchise costs are too high. Most of the franchisers want to make all money upfront make it less attractive to start. What I mean recover 2 crore from this will take years. My ceiling is 4-5 million for any business like this one.
