Dear CMY Sahib,

I hope you are fine and doing well. I have a question that after tha transfer of Ex-parkview files to phase 7, DHA gave an option that if someone gives an understaking to "wait till encumberance is clear", then he may retain his file for a plot in phase 8. I have come to know that many people utilized this option.

Do you have any information as what is the fate of such files now?

BT mgt has transferred my 1 Kanal Plot to sector FV & a 10 Marla plot to Sector K of BT-8. My both plots were fully paid i.e. appr Rs14,62,000/- & RS 812,000/-. BT has requested development charges of Rs 212,000/- & Rs 97,000/- respectively. Kindly advise the following:
-What was the BT rate for 1 Kanal and 10 Marla plot+Development charges.
-Location of Sector F & K taking future development ?
-Present market rate for these two sectors?
-Expected no of years to live in these sectors?

I am a Pakistani Living abroad with a wish to own a house in Pakistan and also to invest the hardly earnings in the homeland. Eden is a big Group of Cheaters, it was my bad luck that i booked house with Eden Abad in 2008 and nothing appears to be delivered. They committed to deliver in 1 year and now it's 4 years passed. I paid 90% of amount but construction is stopped from last more than 1 year.

I paid around 3,000,000 and no clue.
