My family consumes almost one water bouser daily, you may demand more if required, may call electrician or plumber at anytime day or night around the clock by just paying Rs. 2000/month as service charges. Roads/streets are clean while there is footpath in front of EVERY HOUSE, seeing is believing.
Mr. Overseas Pakistan you can buy a ready to live Defence Villa of size 35x70 ft. from 95 ~ 110 lac which has present rental value of Rs. 35000/month, transfer in DHA but maintenance by Bahria, a joint venture
One additional plus point, your tenant can not move his household items in truck/trailer outside Bahria without NOC from the owner!!!
