I understand the existing allottee will not be affected but the new schemes Bahria launched will be in bad shape and peoples will regret.
I think Malik Riaz planted this game becuase he already looted pakistani awam's hard earning and he is not in position to give plots and houses and he can put blame on SC that becuase of SC Bahria project is failed, peoples be aware and avoid BT.

Being forced to pay bribe to get your just work done is different from using bribe with criminal intentions to abuse and manipulate the system. MR used bribes to occupy land unlawfully, to manipulate CDA and DHA, to get murderer out of jail and to con common people to name a few. It would be wrong to compare him with common people of Pakistan who are forced to give bribes due to corrupt culture.

It is also wrong to make sweeping statements like 99% of pakistani people are corrupt without any evidence.

We must be objective in our observations. No matter what societies MR has developed, he is not above the law and must be held accountable for his actions. Supremacy of the law and order is one of the most important thing for the progress of any nation and we must not allow anyone to compromise that.

Malik Riaz is a cheap businessman who sold 40,000 files of Phase 9 and people deposited Rs 3 lakh aaginst this file. After property market collapse he buy back these files of just Rs 150,000. He looted lot of zameen of innocent poor people. Inshallh khuda ki laanat is pur barsay gi. Is ka injam byhut bura ho ga inshallah he is really cheap.

I would like to say thanks to Mr. Mian Fowad Ahmed from LRE on giving ample time out of business hours for discuession on property issues and offereing me map and prices.
He really gave sincere advices and contunied his support for 2--3 hours and answered my all questions and ideas.

I visited LRE last week with my family but due to shortage of time i cudnt finalze any deal.
I will visit again after 2--3 months with 2 Week holidays and will finalze meanwhile.
