Phase 5 Ext Plot Number

Dear Friends,

I need your help to find out my phase 5 ext plot number. 123/5 (5 Extn)is the number written on the DHA Lahore letter with me. I cannot see this number in the ballot results.

I have been alloted a plot in DHA phase VII against a PV file. However, i have not received any letter/communication from DHA. Do I need to visit DHA office in this regard? has abybody else received intimation letter?

We have a famous joke in which a farmer asked his colleague, how he treated his buffalo when sick. He listed him the number of things he fed so the other farmer repeated but his buffalo died, he ran back to the farmer and shouted at him saying with treatment you gave my buffalo has died in return the farmer said mine died as well. Now that does not mean if 2 of these buffaloes got died we should stop treatment or going to the doctors.

So is the case of my friends opposing not to buy in DHA-9.

Unrealistic Phase 9 Price

Hi there,

Unfortunately, I don't agree with Khalid and PP as Phase 9 file for 1 Kanal is going crazy and UNRealist and theres no point to rush to buy when you see its near 30 Lac & adding 12 Lac for development charges make it 42 lac and main thing it has no assurity when is balloting happening and I'm sure, DHA official wouldn't want to announce the date soon for another couple of years because once date announces, price will be static.

IF U guys know but probably property dealer would know the history the price shooted up during boom of unrealistic property values during Musharraf time and after few years/time, prices of property dropped down at rock bottom and loads of people were suffered.

I would say a wise person is that who not only learn from his mistakes but also from others' mistakes.

I'm sure more than 80% of the DHA Phase 9 file holders of 1 Kanals are INVTSTOR & less than 20% are actual people who want to build their dream house one day and I'm sure high or low price/value of files wouldn't matter to those of 20% but more than 80% will not be able to get maximum fruit from it except big crocodile or Mugarmuch who's playing the high price game again like it went up few years ago.

Whole USA and Europe are under worst recession and credit crunch due to the bubble of UNREALISTIC Property price which has been burst & suffering the whole world.

So please THINK WISELY before you buy something more than to its realistic value.

Hope nobody will be offended by this but would realistically buy at right price.

I'm still standing on below:

I don't see its worth investing in Phase 9 for 1 Kanal price at high price of 25 lac + or if its 30 Lac and 12 Lac would be added as development charges which makes it 42 Lac and atleast 4 year or more would be the time when balloting announces.

We can easily buy 1 Kanal plot in Phase 7 starts from 36 Lac (including development charges) and obviously it will have a plot number now but no one knows if after 2, 3, 4 or more years ahead for phase 9 balloting and when time comes, it will be a plot near grave yard, or back behind the road at very bad location.

I'm no disappointing anyone but I would say price is going mad which is not realistic.

I am confused what is the official name of DHA Scheme Phase 9/10. Is it still called 9/10.
I bought a file in 9/10 at the end of 2008, in documents shown phase 9/10.
After the allotment to Shuhhda in Phase 9, the location of my file will be in 9 or 10?

I heard on Value TV, DHA has said that machinary will move in May 2012 and development will be complete in 2 years 2 months. LRE can verify this news.

Secondly Shahbaz has ordered Ring road to be connected to Ferozepur Road ASAP. It will be connected along Khaira Distributory. Good news for DHA residents.

Does nt seem part of Rawalpindi . Went till overseas enclave where development is in Full swing. PleAse In timate what ar the prices of plots and villas over there. Would it be better than phase 1 sectors abcde . What are approx prices in Dha phase 1.

Actually 9 is a wonderful figure and when it got attached to DHA phase and got named
DHA-9 has turn in to Unique and wonderful phase as well. I believe you know why 9 is a unique figure. If you multiply 9 with any figure and then sum up the answer it will remain 9

I explain 9x1=9, 9x2=18 1+8 , 9x3=27 2+7= 9 this way you keep multiplying it the result will remain 9 (3x9=27 2+7 =27 4X9=36(9) 5X9=45(9)
6x9=54(9)7x9=63(9)8x9=72(9)9x9-81(8+1=9)10x9=9(9)

The other specialty of DHA-9 is many genius and expertise are writing in favor and in apposing the sale purchase in DHA-9 and I as dumb / illiterate enjoying the holding a file in hand.

No doubt the knowledge and beauty has a vital role in success but no grantee to earn you money. Otherwise all money would have gone to the wise and beautifuls and people like me would have got even poorer and died. Allah SWT has kept this distribution in his hand and I have seen many ANGOTHA CHAUP are bilinear and masters are running around to survive.Fact is Allah knows better but common sense say DHA-9 is a good buy. CMY Bhai and the LRE team is repeatedly saying it a good buy for long and short terms and time is proving it on daily basis.

I understand those who are opposing DHA-9 are who could not make decision in time OR got stuck in other comparatively lower phase or society and we wish their dreams to get true as well.

But who ever had purchased so for are on ride and enjoying I remember DHA-9 was 45lack one time and still half the way of that time where as all remaining phases have return to almost that level and DHA-9 have still lot to gain.:) :) :)

I am surprised by a fact , please throw sme light. Dha phase ix 10 Marla to be developed plot n Dha town is sellng around 40 means 80 lac for a kanal. Actual development and reasonable habitation will take mnimim 3-5 years. The price of one kanal better location n phase viii is Round 80 lac. Development and habitation will take 3 and 6 years minimum. While phase vi fully developed and fast growing habitation in abcgj blocks plots again is 80 lacs on average. What is this? Either phase vi is undervalue or phase ix and viii are overvalued . The logic of location does not hold good as phase viii and phase ix Dha town are on extreme ends and locations,

Schedule of payment

Dear All
I have a 10 M plot and now want to construct a double story house. I am in search of a good contarctor now a days who can work on labor rate.

Can anybody tell me how to prepare schedule of payment if the labor rate is 140 becuase one of my friend told me that be very carefull before deciding how to make payment to contractor on different phases ( i,e how much to pay up to foundation, brickwork, lenter etc) to avoid any future conflicts.

Need your advice.
