there is a saying if you keep dog's tail in a pipe for years and when ever you remove it will bend or turn again. so is the case of friends opposing DHA-9 Imagine they are monitoring the price every day but not ready to accept.

For my surprising is what they wanted to achieve ? can any one explain ?

If somebody want to invest in Dha9 and want to get profit in days and months,then this is a risky buy.It can go up or down in few days or months.But if somebody can keep it for some years then he ll get good profit,this is sure.After purchasing one should avoid to see rates on daily basis to avoid palpitation and hypertension.But one should cool down himself and wait for few years to enjoy.

As everybody on this forum talk about DHA Phase 9 one kanal file, yes everybody has right to express his gut feelings but criticism with hard world look strange, anyway I have advice to those who want to purchase DHA phase 9 kanal file. This is the time to buy if they have lost the opportunity at below 20 lac, because in just few weeks size of file seller will become shrink badly and file is going to touch its first bench mark (30 lac) and will hold firmly its second bench mark at 40 lac.
It’s the game of fast decision making, otherwise mostly genuine people will miss the train.
These are all only feelings but only Allah knows better what will happen in future.

I need your help to find out my phase 5 ext plot number. 123/5 (5 Extn)is the number written on the DHA Lahore letter with me. I cannot see this number in the ballot results.

I have been alloted a plot in DHA phase VII against a PV file. However, i have not received any letter/communication from DHA. Do I need to visit DHA office in this regard? has abybody else received intimation letter?

We have a famous joke in which a farmer asked his colleague, how he treated his buffalo when sick. He listed him the number of things he fed so the other farmer repeated but his buffalo died, he ran back to the farmer and shouted at him saying with treatment you gave my buffalo has died in return the farmer said mine died as well.
