Can any expert let me know the future of Sector E and what you think about this for the investment point of views:

I don't think they will allow you a payment plan spread over 3 years to avoid numerous other requests like this from other potential buyers.

@Mahmood: Let an agent answer your questions. I am not an agent. NIC is enough for you and your wife's as well. if you are an overseas and have NICOP then take your passport as well. my guess is you need a bank draft or cash cheques are not used in property deals. Both buyer and seller must be present. Yes, you need to pay the full amount. It will not take more than a few hours.

Dear Mr. Mahmood:

Usually in DHA files it is just a matter of 1 to 3 days (not weeks) from locking the deal to transfer and final payments. However some times the seller may be willing to give more time for final payment if he gets handsome token amount worthwhile to cover his need for the time period. In your case It may be possible that a seller of two files or two sellers of one file each be willinig to lock the deal now with a reasonable token amount and transfer on February 12th with mututal consent.

To discuss this further please call Mr. Adil Saeed at 0322-4009766 or 0300-4009766. It is always better to just make a quick call and have a conversation to discuss your budget, needs and their solutions.

It is most suitable for construction and living, even now. This is the best time to buy although prices are increasing rapidly. Go for the plots nearer to Golf course due to very good environment. Sec like A, B or C will have lot of rush later on. Area around the Golf will be worth living in future.

I wish to build a plaza on my 40' * 60' Plot (10.6 Marla) plot in River View Commercial. My objective is to have the rent out at least 2-3 floors for monthly income.

I wish to seek members' view on two things:

1. Is it the right time to build in River View Commercial (Bahria Town Phase 7 Rawalpindi) as it is still not populated. Is there, or expected in next 1-2 years, any market demand in this area for rental property?

2. What is best construction type for Floor 2 and onwards. Are residential units going to be in demand or shall it be commercial as well?
