The area (length X breadth) remains the same for a single or double storey house. For example if a construction company is offering a rate if 1500 and plot size is 30 X 80, what will be cost of single storey and what if it is double storey. Thanks

I want to know if a plot in an LDA scheme can be divided into two separate/independent plots?

Is it possible that 6.5 marla plot is divided into two plots of 1.5 marla and 5 marla? Will there by any issue/complications with selling/buying such plot(s)?

If that 1.5 marla plot is adjacent to my house, can it be considered as a part of my property on buying?
