i want to buy a plot to build a house. i have a budget of 20-22 for plot. i visited few places like UET, Accounts, IEP society. please suggest me in which area shud i buy 10 marla plot.

i had a thought to go for IEP as i can get 1 kanal there in this budget but thats enterence is very far.

Why don't u consider Punjab Govt Society-II having direct appraoch from college road. In your budget, you can have a plot at any prime location. Tariq garden and Architect societies are just one man show type societies.

for investment purposes, phase-9 is far better than phase-5 as you may buy two phase-9 files in price of 1 phase-5 file and u'll see that when balloting is announced for 9 then the prices will be 30+ for the same 1K file.

Last year I Bought a house in that area after one year search I can tell You
there are only few plots in that area one I know was in C Block near Market and demand was 60 Lac Final, The same party was also having a renovated house on next plot they were asking 80 Lac for that, Initially they wanted to sell both in 1.5 Cror, so later price was reduced on Bargain.
Another single story house to be demolished [total Malba] was in C Block facing park, But this park is not well maintained you can consider it negative Point as there is no safety or privacy I will Consider it a very bad location as all the days Boys were Playing Cricket park was not maintained. This house was available in 62 Lac Final. I calculated demolition Cost. People told that Kabari come and buy all malba from you in 50 to 60K and demolish themselves.
On Other Locations people had been asking for Plot 7 Lac per Merla But i did not pay attention to that.
In between I saw about 12 houses ranging from 75 to 95, Mostly houses were 15 ys old and Thekedar Built, You could live after some renovation but structures were weak and mostly has leveled with road.
But Fortunately I encountered an owner Built and well maintained double story 4 bed house on very good location , the elevation was not preppy. I Could Finalize in only 72 Lac.
Now Price should have increased only 4 to 5 Lac as compared to last year.
If you show a bit of patience you can easily hunt a good house in 75 to 80 Lac. where as plot will be available in minimum 65 t0 60 Lac. I am sure you will like to have a well built building in Just adding 10 to 15 Lac to plot price.

The 10 marla house can be range bound at 60 to 70 lacs +,-.

I think these are almost similar in rates and features etc there are good and Bad areas in Faisal Town and same is true about Model town Ext, Like B Block in in Faisal Town is a bit weak, Good Locations of C are rated best A block is also rated good, Location of all thee areas are great mainly low Price is due to bad neighborhood.
In D Block of Faisal Town the house near main Road are rated best.
So in other words slight price fluctuation is Found depending upon these features.

Case is not finished yet.
They still can appeal in High Court and might be Supreme Court after HC.
Case will be finished until they executed (Hang till death or Imprisoned for rest of their life).

This is pretty harsh decision by Court, and case connected to this was not probed as there was no.
The Truth is
1.These two boys belonged to a good but a broken family and were spoiled.
2. They were involved in Gunda gardi and attempts of street Robbing. But There was no crime record. However later it was proved that they used their sims from many stolen Mobile Phones which Confirms street Robbing.
3. They had been teasing/ or involved in love in some girls of that Mohallah where they were killed. Previuosly there had been physical fights when some people forbid them to come to Mohalla.
4. That particular day they came for fighting prepared with Moser gun.
5. They fired on two boys one was killed one at spot and other later in icu. As later had Bullet in Spinal Cord Before dying he was able to give statemnt.
Both Killers were Captured and Beaten by Mob.
Later Police was called in And they were Captured by Police.
Afterwards Mob got more bigger and incited and they recapturtred these guys from police Custody and Killed them.

This killing was bascially an instant reaction of mob when they were very much inciated by The Killing of Two innocent people by these Gundas. As many were witness so no one felt piety for them.
People dont trust Police or Courts neither any body is ready to appear in Court to give testomny in Court , [It like a disease which might continue many years and might kill you]
In above circumstances Killing of these guys can be questioned on ethically but was legally wrong.

ou might be right and both kids have got punishment in return if they were wrong but no one is allowed to take law in hands and decide what they want. I believe the court was well in check and must have made right decision and we should appreciate and not criticize at all.

"Innocent till proven guilty" is the basic rule. Police should improve their image to gain public trust. Public will not take rule in their hands once police take appropriate action.

Yes were many proves and these things in well known in media
Testimony of the peson who was attempted to be robbed and later FIR was filed. Person who got injured by their Bullet remained in ICU for many days intially he was concious and gave statement. The Bullet match with the Gun Captured from them.
Many people were direct eye witness.
Report of their used mobiles serial numbers which were robbed earlier was presented in court
They were using big heart shaped Number Plate for their Motor cycle.

We all are sort of developing tolerence to street Crimers no one goes to Police for few thousand robbery and does not follow the case as most think that they work in gangs and if they Follow the case their life is in Danger. One of my friend [ex young Councilor] captured street Crimer , there was an escort a bit away from the scene he fired on my friend but missed and ran away, Later he the Robber was taken to Police station. The Inspector there was well known to my friend, he advised him not to to do such thing again and nither follow the case. The Robber was realsed in few days. Later inspector told that reason of advice was that the case will continue many years and gang will try to kill you in that time.

My dear Brothers.

If we want to get rid of difficulties/problems facing our beloved Pakistan we will have to follow the rules/laws set by Allah (SWT) & our constitution in letter & spirit.

1. No rule of law including Islam permits extra judicial killings for any reason whatsoever.
2. Once a person, irrespective of who he is or what he has done, is in custody of the law enforcing authorities it is their basic responsibility to keep him/her safe from any danger at any cost & state is responsible to provide them means to fulfill that duty.

2. If the criminals are not sentenced properly it is not fault of the courts. Courts sentence people according to the documents put in front of them & the statements of the witnesses.

3. The most important thing is that WE ALL SHOULD REMEMBER THAT WE ALL HAVE TO BE PRESENT & ANSWER OUR ACTS TO THE LORD (ALLAH SWT)ON THE DAY OF JUDGEMENT.

While ALLAH knows the best and truth, I happend to visit the 2nd or 3rd day that area and I had learned (from people in area who had no direct link to family on both sides) that these two boys were robbers and had killed 1 and shot another kid (who Habeeb) indicating died in lahore.

The incident happen early morning during ramadan.

If this is true

Questions is what were these young boys doing early morning during Ramadan in other town (which was some 15 - 20 minutes) away form their home town

If there was gun from these guys which proofed the kill the other man, what were these boys doing with gun in other area?

ofcouse we need more people to confirm this was true, but think about it

I have shortlisted the 10Marla plot# H-30 in architects society near wapda-II. Dealer is asking 24 Lac for it. Please note it is actually 1 Kanal plot but society allows selling 1 Kanal plot as two 10Marla plots.

I tried confirming price other dealers but they are giving vague statements. Can you please comment how fair is demand as per market rates.

The price range of 1 kanal is between 17-26 Lakhs. 32 marla ranges more than 30 Lakhs. The map on lahorerealestate site is not the updated one. But still it is valid for 90% of the part.

Engineers Town Sector-B (IEP) is situated on Defence Road opposit of DHA Rehber,Its very neat and clean society 1 kanal is available about 17 to 20 lac and two kanal available between 32 to 35 lac, Right now approch is through Raiwind Road to Defence Road,But in future there is plan a new road from Gereen town to Engineers town, after that is society will be more valiuable.Akber chowk to green town through college road and green town to (IEP) I think now more then 10 minutes,
In my openion after 2 to 3 years this society will be very good for living,

Shareef Sahib! Mr.pipgers query is about Engineers Town Sector B while your goodself has given information about sector A. Sector B is much smaller than Sector A & is fully developed with lot many houses constructed therein. Its main entrance is slightly short of NFC phase-I entrance from Wapda Town.It is a very good neighborhood because of its ideal location & is already very good for living unlike Sector A which is not yet inhabited.

Mian Sahib is very right. I my self remained confused if Engineers town adjcent to Wapda town is differnt society from IEP (Engineers town). Its location is perfect. Any idea about prices?

Dear Friends.

The 150 ft. wide structure road of Sector "A" of IEP (Engineers Town) is to be connected through 150 ft wide structure road of TIP colony (TIP is the next colony from block A side)to Valencia. On the other side works on the road to connect Valencia to Khyaban e Jinneh are in progress. A day will come when IEP will be connected to Khyaban e Jinnah through TIP, Valencia etc from Block "A" side.

Unfortunately TIP has not been developed so far inspite of the fact that it is one of the oldest societies & only Allah (SWT) knows when it will be developed.

Dear CMY

I observed that the prices of 10 M allocations files of Park view jumped from 14.50 lacs to 16.50 Lacs within 2 days, could you please confirm any upcoming good news like DHA ballot or something better in next month. Some sources confirmed me that DHA finally decided Park view ballot within Next one & half month.

cmy sab has done pashgoi about dha 5ext ballot but he is silent about sudden increase in rates of parkview files.cmy sab is requested to speak something regarding this matter as the people are very anxious to hear something from him.
