Can you explain bit more, is this transfer rate or Tax??? I guess Registry is ownership document, is it?
How it will effect to exiting owners.

so far Govt of Pakistan is imposing fixed tax they have been successful only in that, reason is Corruption in Govt, Tax dept and people of Pakistan,
An example is, Govt of Packston is 100% successful in getting Token Tax or registration fees/Tax etc
But they dont have even 0.0001% success in getting Correct information on voluntary Tax forms. No nation is pious and no one is corrupt. Only system makes them, wrong Tax information is punishable by law in Pakistan, and even more so in other Countries but do we have any examples of punishment?
The Only difference between India and Pakistan is that they strongly implemented tax reforms in Late 80s and now they are getting benefit, and now are considered a respectable nation.
No Govt can run on Grants external and internal loans.
I think Shehbaz sherif is on right path and you will see more direct taxs in coming days in Punjab

Collecting right tax is not worthwhile until it is not used for national benefits...
Why donot Shahbaz sharif start collecting from his own house?
Mian Nawaz shaeef paid 5,000 Rupee Tax last year.. Though he has bznus of billions rupee, even in his Raiwind palace 1500 people are working.

This is not silly question. Even the facility should be waived off for any one like President, Prime Minister. Bullet Proof Car is not a luxury,,, unfortunately it is a neccessity in Pakistan. Look at what they did with the Federal Minister for Minorities and then with the Governer of Punjab and then Minister for Religious Affairs was also attacked.

Due to this extra charges,I can't grade it up in my ranking of societies and due to this reason many people turned against me but i stood firm against them.
Because i always show people picture from both ends.
If there is well construction and art of living style,then on the other side there is also a surcharge (development charges).
Life style in Bahria town is so much high.Common man cannot bear the expense of school ,food stuff, glossary and other charges.

We have paid all the developement charges on time two years back in June,2009 as Sohail mentioned above.
What Bahria Town is trying now is that to impose extra surcharge which were not mentioned any where, in the original price plan.

You seem to be an agent of BT. Don't try to befool people. Imposition of arbitrary charges by BT has no justification whatsoever. Nobody should pay anything to BT as they are demanding unjustifiable charges, rather than fulfilling commitments on its part. The already imposed development charges were exorbitant by any standards, which were fully paid to BT in 2009.

You should also remember that the Phase-8 installments started in 2003, and after about 8 years, and after having received all the charges, they should have handed over the possession of the plots.

But people like you do not feel ashamed to advocate the powerful people and assume that powerfuls are not bound to honour their commitments. And you do this either because of your lack of wisdom and rationality, or because of your own malicious motives.

So keep advocating BT, but people cannot be befooled anymore by people like you!

I am not advocating or aagent of any one.I just raise the voice of common man.However i think this increase in charges doesn't harm you or any importance for you as you are wealthy person but you must think about the salaried person who earn money through many hard-ships.
As i already seen in Bahira town lahore,they have made many changes according to their profit.In bahira town lahore in one block (i can't name that because i didnot mean to let down the society or any person.My vision is to show actual pic to people) facing park,they cut down the park area and construct commercial area in place of park.They change the location of plot according to their will.In the other hand,i will praise their excellent development,living standard,facilities etc.

I just want to say that, while you are trying to balance things, its not justifiable to say that the extra-charges are OK because we are getting excellent quality development.

Instead of fulfilling its commitment to handover the plots to Members in time, BT is rather making a fraudulant and illegal demand to pay extra-charges... and you are easily condoning BT for its wrongdoings.

Please also remember that its not the matter of rich and poor...I know poors in this country even die of hunger...its just because that every powerful is exploiting the weeker in this country.... and many people like you (please don't mind) easily accept such exploitation, and start justifying it.

So you should not say that we should pay BT more as they are providing excellent development, living standard, facilities because we have already paid heavy development charges for all these things.

Right now Jubliee town is very good investment for building 5 marla house.Specially its location from riwand road,multan raod ---- easily approach.I always recommend people jubliee town for 5 marla house.

i have two five marla plots in jubilee town. from my point of view it is the best time to invest in jubilee town because after the lapse of around 10 years the people have started construction of their houses and gas supply is very near i think. jubilee town has best development infrastructure. be aware that investment is time factor when the gas will available the prices will increase around 2 lack per plot. I advise u try to get 7 marlas instead of 5 marla

it is usually Treatment for Young people who have big Minus Number, but their Cornea is strong I mean not Thin cornea disease called [keraroconus]
If you have weak near vision due to age plus 40 It is 100% sure it is not treatment for you.
Th ideal candidate is is boy or Girl of 18 to 25 years who are wearing heavy glasses say of minus 4, Their vision can almost corrected to normal

I have heard that If you get this surgery then in old age when you would need cataract surgery it would be slightly more challenging than for someone who never had vision correction by laser. This is just hearsay though so ask your doctor about it.

I paid 30,000 in 2007 for correction.I am a doctor myself so I probably got some concession as well.No idea about current price.
If people have cylindrical error or astigmatism than the vision cannot be corrected completely as this procedure can only correct axial error.
so the physician have to see and assess everyone before surgery to see if it can be corrected or not.
