Need advise on DHA phase ii extension
I baught the certificate of 1 kanal in sector P. Now I have tp pay the dev charges (4 installements of 80,000 and then 10 installements of 100,000).

I have paid the first 4 installements of 80,000 ( 320,000) and then another 100,000 . So in total 520,000 and 900,000 is still outstanding with every quarter 100,000.

Should I keep paying the installment or hodl off? is it worth?
appreciate any suggestions

Breaking News: Bahria Town Sector C Commercial Map Changed Lahore

A very sad news for Baria town Lahore sector C commercial plot holders. Bahria town have turned many parks into commercial plots to mint new money. With this action many facing park commercial plots are no longer facing park so shave off 10% or more from the prices. Also all main boulevard commercial plots on ring are no longer facing main blvd and facing only 5 marla plots. Almost 80 new 5 marla commercial plots in market will also hurt commercial plots prices at least for the short term.


Suggestions

BY this Bahria Town devalue 60, 8 Marla Commercial Plots .If Bahria need more money and there is no other option then Bahria Town can design the more commercial plot without destroy the 8marala commercial beautiful VIEW , I mean they can design plot direction main boulevard towards 8 Marla commercial.
Current designing wrong direction is -------- ploting-----------. They can be like this.

Dear CMY and other brothers
In my last visit to DHA 6 a week ago, I noticed that the board/sign of "community Centre" in front of DHA^ D Block community centre (ex-farm house) was missing.

I am a little confused as there have been myths/confusions surrounding this community centre. It was mentioned as "farm house" in all earlier DHA offical maps. Then about a year ago it was mentioned as "Community Centre" and even a board mentioning same was also erected in front of its main gate.

Now that board has been taken away. The place was definately built as a farm house and not as a community centre.

Does anyone (especially CMY, as he lives in the same phase) have any idea about what it really is? Was it a farm house and then acquired by DHA for community centre?

Need advise re overseas sector Bahria Rawalpindi
I have purchased on instalments a 1000 sqft plot in overseas sector 9 rawalpindi in 2004 and have so far paid approx.35000 pounds(44-46 lakhs in pakistani currency),I have to pay 2 more instalments + surcharge.Bahria wants me to pay 19000 pounds (26 lakhs) more.In total 70 lakhs approx.(although they said it is a corner boulevard plot and now it is in sector 3 Bahria phase 8).Please advise if I should go ahead and pay this money or ask Bahria to refund my money minus 10%-20%.

One person sold his 8 Marla commercial plot with char dewari, electric connection etc and this property he got as virasat from father. i think prices of dha 6 is not geniuine.....suddenly increases in prices are not realistic.....after some time suddenly prices are fall because large investers take there profit and then market suddenly crashed....so becareful.....many people loose there money.....invest at higher prices then suddenly prices fall down....many buyers purchase phase 5 ext at 85 laakhs phase 8 phase 9 10 files are also same case....... many people purchase phase 9 10 files at 48 laakhs which is available today at only 15 laaakhs....... phase 5 ext file at 85 laakhs which is available at 26 laakhs...slowly increase prices is better....its my point of view...
