Usman Best is LDA AVENUE jublee town is also belong to LDA but most of plots are small 5 marla.
Ismir is 2nd after Lda and it side by side of Canal and already developed. All three soucities are good for residece
rizwan replied on Monday, March 28, 2011 04:48 AM PST

lda avenue 1 back of izmir is still no much development no house built just roads are to good ....no parks school is build a major thing is no security this area but after some years lda avenue is too good ..... it is best for investment purpose of minimum five to seven years......jublee town is same like lda avenue but development work is better than lda one thing is jubilee small plots more than one kanal .....like 3 5 7 10 marlas..... izmir town is good developed wide roads minimum main bolevard road are built every neccesaties are available here medical clinic 2 mousque commercial markets zohra mart is here large school parks izmir town is little expensive too lda and jubilee but i feel residence and investment purpose safe ... in izmir 1 2 kanal plots are so much rather than 10 5 marlas 10 5 marlas are in extension many houses built in izmir..... .its my point of view see societies and judge urself n tell me because i interested to buy help me what i do
omer replied on Monday, March 28, 2011 05:20 AM PST

ya i see izmir society many large houses are built like 32 kanal,16 , 8 ,4 ,2 kanal houses built here 1kanal 10 and 5 marlas are also here nice for residence place n secure investment too a new project of izmir is jinnah mall ..... lda aevnue is good too but for a long term investment
asa replied on Monday, March 28, 2011 02:45 PM PST

mos replied on Monday, March 28, 2011 07:38 PM PST

For Investment i think LDA because it is not populated therefore prices are lesss as compare to Izmir( it is enough populated) and U can start your house today in izmir.
Hasfeez replied on Monday, March 28, 2011 07:58 PM PST

Everybody has own views. This is best time to invest in Jubilee town than other two izmir already saturated and LDA-I is unforeseenable. Jubilee town has afordable price at the moment and it wil rise at leasts 2 lakh after gas network. see my assment in the month of june.
Humble Advise replied on Monday, March 28, 2011 08:13 PM PST

Go for any society on canal road. If you could reach Jubilee Town, than just think of Bahria Town with better facilities.
usman replied on Monday, March 28, 2011 10:26 PM PST

for only residence purpose which society is good in canal road
Mumshad replied on Tuesday, March 29, 2011 02:51 AM PST

LDA Avenue is the best because of its location, price, development and future prospects.

I am overseas Pakistani, and visit Pakistan quite oftenly.Best option is for me is to rent a car and spend my time instead of buying one. I had some bad experiences with rent a car dealers, they are tricky and unreliable and un ethical. Are there some good individuals and companies to deal with? Please advice
lahore replied on Sunday, March 27, 2011 04:15 PM PST

u will find all people mentality alike. There is no difference all people in paksitsan want to mint money. if u want to stay longer time more than three months buy a second hand car and sell it out on your departure it will be more economical. u will only loose perhaps 10,000 to 15000 and fuel used during this period.Say about fuel CNG average 400/- perday it will cost u 12000/- per month. Fuel price 36000/- plus u loose money on selling your car is 10,000/- it will cost u 46000/- say 50,000/-. The rental price of old model toyota is from 2500 to 3000/- for the new one from 3500/- perday. u have to buy fuel yourself. cost 3500/- x 30 = 105000/- per month without fuel. u decide your self. i hired a car on my daughter marriage from Wasim to whom i find good and polite driver from punjab tourism company.
Visitor replied on Sunday, March 27, 2011 11:46 PM PST

Ahad, I was in the same situation when I was in Pakistan back in Jan. 2011 and some one advise me not to rent as they dealer really look for each scratch and will try to get more and more money from you. I decided to buy a second hand car and got one at good price.

I am going again in April and will use the same car and may sell while leaving end of April.

Can any body guide me in this forum about the following questions abour CDA approved Society "Cabinet Division Employees Cooperative Housing Society"

1- What are the rates of Main Boulevards of E-16/3 and E-16/2

2- What are the rates of streets 2-4 of E-16/3.

What about the rates of E-16/3 and E-17/3.

Which areas of these two sectors will be much profiting.
Main Boulevards plots in E-16/3 are in much depression and near big nallah.

Kindly comment and guide me about the prices.
Rizwan Khan replied on Sunday, March 27, 2011 05:43 PM PST

I think plots in E-16/2 streets 1-6 are better in terms of their approach, near to green area compared to E-16/3
nabeel replied on Monday, March 28, 2011 07:02 AM PST

cream of the sector is street 1, e-16/3. then 2-4. boulevard of e-16/3 is nalla and boulevard of e-16/2 only margalla face plots are better. other best streets of e-16/2 are street 26 pindi face plots- street 2 pindi face plots- and then street 21,22,23,24

note this down when you visit the area next time. do not buy very cheap plot in depression.
Noman, TORONTO replied on Tuesday, March 29, 2011 03:21 AM PST

Thanks for the valuable info, Can you please comment on E17/3, good location, price, ligitation.

Property Tax - 300%
I heard in a program that Govt. is increasing property tax by 300%.
May be, will implement after Budget 2011.

Good job we need more taxes , so small people take to the streets and use each LAMP POST to hang a politician.
observor replied on Sunday, March 27, 2011 04:08 PM PST

It would be good if we can tax rich however, provincial governments have never been serious in raising taxes and so far have not even been able to revise valuation rates that are around a decade old. Knowing this, I don't think so that property tax can be raised to a significant amount.
