I often visit the LRE website, it is only for discussion / views and news about property esp dha lahore and maps available. I haven't read any statement on the website from CMY telling people to must purchase something or the other, I guess he has been evaluating properties and files with respect to prevailing trends as a non biased expert.
Personally I wish him good luck, although I have never met him.

my dear big brother i think u r new in this web site.when we were new in this site we also did talks like this.this is not ur mistake.every one who comes in this site newly he talks same like u.no body can force u to take something these are only words which push to someone to do some thing.it means words have lot of effects at our brains.i remember two three years u can check two years before posts every where was parkview,state life and nfc.when ever i open this site there were millions of talks about parkview statelife and nfc.many times i call to cmy to buy some thing he always recmond me again and again nfc,state life and parkview.i remember cmy said that when corpcommander inaugorate parkview he said parkview will be best phase in all dha phases like dha phase3.but now.......this is cmy when ever we ask him about statelife and parkview he is silent even he do not like to answer u.it means these are dealers who makes trend of market and makes the mindes of people only for there own purposes.

I feel professional jealousy in here. Few dealers may have not absorbed the popularity, and hard working that CMY done for this site. They keep discoursing others not to join this forum. Isn’t our common practice to blame others for our own mistakes. I am reader of this site since last three years.

I have several time requested or advised to all plot holders in both phases to highlight this situation by involving news media.Just sitting and asking for remarks or update will not make any difference or will change. we all need to fight on this or wait for miracles to happen.start calling .

I kind of get amused when I read purely imaginary and irrelevant comments about this site. I find this site useful,productive and very helpful. If you have a better avenue to get better information than best of luck. In Pakistan the attitude is :Right is only what I say. Every thing else said or done by other is wrong. First of all I am not "Jameel" whose bought in park view [post above]. I have been regular visitor of site and bodly speak what I want, This web site gave us lot of information, other wise overseas people like me use to make house only in next street of father's house. This site gave us lot of information and knowledge to analyse decide. Few years back I was not aware of well known societies like where WAPDA Town is located. Now by grace of God and virtue of this web site I can locate within 2,3 min any advertised plot by Google earth
@ Allah Rakha To buy in park view or DHA or any where else is our own decision. No one can force you to do so, i am sure even CMY is not aware when DHA will ballot it or will do ever?
There are many persons like me who always had been emphasizing not to take risks and buy only on ground things. But due to greed or nature of taking risk people bought many products which were only in Papers. Result is dissatisfaction.
Always remember bird in hand is better than two in Bush.

Hold on a second! I feel that the matter has lead the people to a confusing state regarding PV files.

In my humble opinion We should realize certain aspects of Property Business.Mr. Allah Rakha might be correct in saying that CMY projected the PV scheme as very lucrative in the beginning but it happens normally at the start of all good schemes. None can deny the fact that ParkView Scheme is the best in its original layout and location. It was quite normal that people will rush to it.Even at the time of merger with DHA it was considered that DHA will behave honestly and will develop this scheme as per their own standards and within due time. But it could not happen in reality due to dishonesty of DHA. I beg your pardon for my words if a DHA lover gets hurt but this is the very bitter reality we live with. The cheating was on part of DHA. When CMY, being a property dealer and analyst as well, sensed the matters he issued the alerts to be careful for dealing in ParkView files. But in any circumstance CMY did not forcefully compelled anyone to buy or sell a PV file. We should be honest with ourselves that whatever a dealer projects to us, the ultimate responsibility lies on our shoulders as if we have money, we ought to have brain as well.

Now we come to the point that what is the solution as we are on a discussion forum. It is very clear, whether someone accept or not, that ParkView file holders should get their due right i.e. plots in the original scheme area regardless of what DHA stands for. But the fact is DHA is not doing it. Hence, the only solution is that those who are the victims, should join together and file a new petition or appeal to be part of already file petition by Mrs. Humaira Najmi. The case is there in the court of Mr. Justice Sh. Azmat Saeed. You people can use your personal contacts to request to Mr. Justice for early hearings and a fair decision. I stress here that Justice should prevail fairly and honestly. The issue may be brought to the media lights.

Discussing the miseries on websites will not solve any problem.

Dear Visitor I am sure you have not physically seen both of these. For 10 Merla Valancia is about 26 to 30 and DHA Rahber 16 to 19.
Although both are close but one is fully developed with all facilities and people are living there for 10 years I mean Valancia. On the other hand DHA Rahbaer has yet to develop hopefully in few years time may be handed over and then we will see how are the facilities and what is quality of infrastructure. Only then comparison will be possible.
Unfortunately for last 1.5 years the progress of work in DHA Rahber has been very very slow. At this time practically work is stopped.

I just called central park official (Deputy General Manager) and asked for same CVT question, I believe even he was clear enough to answer it or i could not understand it properly, he told me that CVT will be applied when I'll get registry but so far my plot is coming under the management of central park which is a company thats why no need to pay CVT on plot purchasings, secondly he told me central park is not coming under lahore municipality but it under the management of LDA.
for your comments specially I request CMY and other experts to comment on it.

This is not satisfactory thing, it means it is just MOU [Memorandum of understanding] between you and Urban developer. Till and CVT and stamp may be applicable in later stage when you ill get actual transfer letter. Till date we did not hear any disputes in Central Park, but what will happen in coming 5,10,20 ys nobody knows. I think you should get registry.
i am confused other developers like Bahria town are also Companies but they are charging CVT and Stamp duty on transfers.

Thanks for to the point answers, your analysis seems very valid, I called central park management for merger with DHA but their answer was very straightforward "NO CHANCE", and i like their boldness. Actualy I am not keen for its merger with dha, if so i should take plot in dha not in central park, only plus point of dha is fraudless sale/purchase and post sale mahintenance of society, if any other society will do the same then its equally acceptable.

They are stupid too.
I bought plot in B-Block and they changed the location without sending intimating.For the last three years no possition.Actually they did not acquire land and book the plots and took all money.Now they have no solution .
Please do carefull buying in central park.

In March 2010 I was offered one plot measuring one kanal in DHA-1 on the Main Boulevard for Rs. 50 lacs. I didn't take it; I rather preferred a smaller plot in a developing CDA sector.

recently my friend went to Pakistan to sell his plot in same vicinity. he is asking 65 lacs for his plot, recently sold was around 63 lacs. it all depends I would say its 55+ lacs.
