I am planning to build a house either in DHA(1-5) or DHA EME. I will appreciate if the residents of these are help me make a decision, based on
1- Security
2- Availability and stranded of Schools
3- Availability of general utilities grocer etc.
4- Cost of land and future prospects of the value of house.
5- Any other issue that may help me make my decision.

Even the new DHA phases like 6 & 7 are not only on the extreme end of Lahore rather they are on the extreme end of Pakistan and very close to Indo-Pak border !!!

buy a 10 marla plot in dha phase 1 and dig it 10 metres deep and go to fruit market and purchase the rotten fruits and burry that rotten fruit in that 10 metres deep plot and then wait for 2 years. u will have plenty of bio fuel and a good price for that fuel producing plot.

in foriegh they collect all the extras like,used food,trees,all the extras,and bring these all waistage in an open place with 10 feet deep ground and fill that deep ground with all waistage,then theymake a tube line holes and then cover with mud,like this way they made 4 portion same ways and after a long time woking they have aenergy,sorry for poor english.but they are getting a lotof energy by this way.this project is the most simple way to get energy but need avery long planing.dont care about papa he is still looking papa.

Bahria Phase 8 is good and peace ful place for living but ver far from Islamabad. let me clarify Bahria Phase 8 is not in Islamabad.

Saeed Sb : Location of DHA-II Ext is much better than Bahria Phase 8 RWP but no development work.In my opinion DHA-II Ext files suits only those having just 6 lekh in hand and capable for paying installments of Dev charges.It will be a nice place for living within 6,7 but i will not recomend u to purchase more than 1 file ;invest in diffrent areas and consider all options given in this post.
Qadir Sb :I dont have any plot in E-16.
JK: Read previous discussions.D-12 is Very good option for living and investment. Before ramzan approx 8 house were underconstruction. Grid station will be fuctional soon.
Value of investment in Zone I is evident from the price of undeveloped/seemi developed sectors like E-12, G-13, D-12. (Price of these sectors is more than DHA-II and Bahria Phase 1 to 6.)

Registry rates are Per yard area wise mentioned on a board outside urban registry office F-8 markaz confirm from there i will also try. No need of registry if house is transferable. Transfer fee is about 35000 thousands 250 rs per sq yards confirm from one window CDA before making pay order.It is more added for info of valued readers that registry cases houses in Islamabad have less markeet value and very dificult to sold.

No solid reason. More expenses and resale problem.Due to more expenses on registry cases price of property affect and people avoid. Supose 2 hoses of 5 same standard and location :If Transferable house is sold in 80 lekh regisry case will hardly be solod in 72 lekh.

few days i asked about SL phase2. I can not understand how it is beneficial if surrounded by DHA. In uppermall there are many low cas societies. The qulaity depends upon money and not on location of society. DHA in no way can have any impact on SL2 until merged with Sl or Sl use same quality of design as DHA.
Map approval wil be donw as soon as possible? what what ASAP> what is current status?
IF any one have telphone number of statelife i want to cal them my self. I wish new adminstration may provide real information rather then promises like old administration.
