What is the latest progress of LDA Avenue-1 particularly A-Block.

LDA ave. location is one of the best location. Thousands of families particularly govt. employees are affected because of too much delay in the developement of the scheme.

I request CM and Mian Amer Mahmoud to kindly take strict notice of too much delay and force LDA to handover the plots at the earliest.

I have a question. Why the developers even like DHA Lahore , DHA Islamabad and Bahria town are not able to develop the launhed housing schemes on time despite the fact that people pay the instalments on time.Take the example of DHA lahore phase-7. People have paid full instalments with development charges even sui gas connection charges and other miscellaneous charges by the end of june 2009 but still the development has not started in most of phase-7 blocks let alone handing over the plots to owners.So it means another 3 to 4 years.
So imagine when phase 8 recently launched will develop. Lucky are those people who did not apply for phase-8.

Refer my Post No. 47622 Yesterday. Please for God sake give the awareness to the people particularly overseas pakistanis that there is a big mess in DHAI Overseas block. I am sure you will receive reward from Almighty Allah for doing this. I have seen so many Pakistani in Dubai where the people deposit there installments facing the same problem and at the end I am afraid all these affectees would be dragged into the endless litigations.

I am on crossroads in making a decision as to live in safari Villa or construct a house of my own choice in Bahria and settle there.Can someone particularly Hussain Kaisrani help me in making a decision about settling in Lahore after 2 years time. I have 3 kids, so do you think 8 marlas serena would be ok for a family of my size.Also i do own a 10 marla plot in Shaheen block, how about getting it constructed of my own choice rather than buying a safari.How do you see living in Safari villa different from living in Bahria Lahore elsewhere.Also Should i buy safari just before coming back to settle or i can purchase now and put it on rent for 2 years.I have around 45 lack in hand, please suggest the best proposal where my money is best utilized and invested at the same time. Constructing a 10 marla house would cost me roughly 30 lacks with balance 15 i can invest by buying a small plot in Bahria itself.Buying 8 marla safari would roughly cost me around 40 - 45 lacks, thus allowing me to keep my 10 marla plot as it is hoping for some rise in future.Thanks

I've recently bought a plot in Bahria Nasheman - Lahore which is on Ferozpur Rd (Opposite Central Park). Since I'm not from Lahore and actually didn't visit site before buying.

Can anyone please write about future of Bahria Nasheman in terms of approximately how long it will take to develop and generally about that side of Lahore?

Any feedback / recommendation will be highly appreciated.
