We are the most beghariat quom in the world, no dignity, no protection, anyone can come and eliminate anyone, our leader will take some dollar and shut their mouth, and people are put in such a miserable situation that they cant think anything else then food, gas, etc...

Yesterday I happened to visit my plot in K sec Phase 6. I was surprised to attend the earth breaking of construction of K 1 Sec Mosque. The mosque will be completed by Aug 2010. Administrative DHA Lahore was the chief gust.

What is the market for LDA Avenue ? I think despite of several years they have not been able to complete their development work completely, while it was given to FWO.

I don't think circumstances favor for investment in LDA Avenue. Even I myself lost my investment there three years back .....

for my demand the price reference i took from your web site. With recent news of LDA giving possession in few months time the prices/worth shall improve. This plot is in good location and i believe to get better out of it than average.

suggestion for Moderator:
it may be good idea to arrange recent post first whether new adv or reply to an existing adv.

I think prices will shoooot up when LDA becomes serious in giving possesions and speedy development. If the current new is true than this price may be correct. But you may wait and may not put repeated ads right know.

obviously this is not wise idea of yours. Experience tells us that we can't keep property for more than 3 year maximum and the return of 3 lac in property will be round zero.

Buy GOLD instead or buy NS Certificates.

Dont want to invest in any bonds etc.. first because investing in PKR on long temr is loosing ur moeny, second these are not long investement and you can easily sale when you are a little needy. I want buy a plot and forgot about it lolzzz

Do you know any one who has gone from rags to riches over their life time by investing only in Gold or NS? I don't. But I know many who have become well off just because they or their parents invested wisely in property for a very long period.

don't make him lose his 3 lacs in property i am sure he is not a serious guy. invest minimum 8 to 15 lac in property for good return. All others will be risky places. at our parents time 3 lacs were equal to 50 lac today. you cant compare that time

One of my friend told with confident that its going to be merged in DHA EME Phase Section 2 within next two months.
