) quotes from CDA chaiman:

"The authority has also resolved the issue of the much-delayed development of Sector D-12 and allotment letters would soon be handed over to the allottees."

Currently EME is better populated but i think EME shall remain a better and secure enviromnent compared to phase 6. In terms of price appreciation it might be phase 6 that will be better.
