now a days there is adv for I-16 islamabad balloting..
they have more than 600 plots of 5 merla and neraly same of 7 merla.
CDA is getting 25% initially with application form .
remaining in 9 months after draw/...
total amount of 5 merla is 14 lak and 7 merla of 20 lak..
what you advise...
or is there any other oppurtunity in islamabad in CDA in the same amount...

I personally visited last month when I was in Pakistan. No doubt the location is pretty much suburb on main airport road behind the giant (metro store)

And as for as I know might be am wrong, in Lahore gated community divine introduce more then 10 Marla house mean 12 & 14 and one kanal. Even 4 or 5 kanal plots also reserved for the vip and for owner family members.
Price wise also best. Work is going fast. One more good option that if u want before 3 years u can pay quickly and have beforetime.

This type of big mega project divine is handling I think fist time so let see they can give as per their promise
