Market Direction After the Budget?

Dear friends I know you all are waiting to see what will happen after the budget. When you ask property holders / potential investors and general public 90% people are telling us market will fall further .

I dont like to go with herd. I try to use my mind and people dont like to see my guess and comments at time I write them but latter they realize they become true. This time I am again going against the majority and I will say market will rise after the budget ( Even with new taxes or no new taxes) . I have started to suggest my clients and friends to finish their buying before the budget or they will have to pay more.

My guess is most visitors here are also of same opinion that market MUST fall after the budget announcement or after the new taxes announcement. But if you ask me my answer is market will not fall. If it will not rise it wont fall either. I am seeing some 1 to 2 lacs gains in DHA Lahore files and about 4 lacs in DHA Lahore plots coming weeks.

I am in a fix ,
i have Plot of 1 Kanal and Planning to make house, I understand the Cost is about 1100 to 1200 square foot.The map I have with me is about 5500 Feet. But I have fear that If I start the construction the cost may increase much more than estimate. I am tossing between Buying a ready house or constructing on my plot.
Would some one share with me the recent experience of house construction on 1 Kanal plot, what was final cost??

Market is sleeping what’s going on, no movement even no suggestions like before from Mr.CMY will it come back after the budget.
I have couple of questions please put some light on these.
As they say when market is slow is a good time for the investments, will market go lower than this situation. And if CMY and other friends have to recommend what would they recommend for 3-5 years investments. Like phase 5 extension will there be any plotting or developments some time soon. Why park view is not a good deal.
Or lets put it this way what are the few best options for 3-5 years investment with less than 50 lakh budget.
