I am looking to buy a 5 marla house in lahore to live in a decent area (including southwest and central lahore) . My budget is 25 lac. I want some suggestions that which part / scheme is better and affordable in this budget.

Exchanging Bahria Overseas plot with Safari Villa

Brothers/sisters,

I need your help here.

I am planning to visit Pakistan in March and considering exchanging my overseas Bahria plot in Rawalpindi with Safari Villa either in Lahore or Rawalpindi.

This Bahria plot cost me 29 K sterling pounds. In case of exchange I am willing to spend more money on Safari Villa or worse case scenario is that I would go for refund that would cost me 20% deduction of my original money (29 K sterling pounds).

Somehow I think Bahria Management cheated us on the name Overseas Block.

Any good advice would be appreciated here.

DHAI - overseas block

Dear all,

I got the allotment of dhai 8 marla plot in overseas block. I had to pay 1200 dollars before 26th december 2008 which I paid by sending the pay order. How can i get the confirmation of payment of this installement from dhai?
I am trying to call dhai office for last month but its not working.

Any suggestion?

Dear readers

I have invested in DHA in phases 7, in P and S blocks. Over the past two weeks the markets mood seems to be alot better and in high spirit.

I would like to know whether know is a good time to sell or is it wise to wait a further 6 months before selling these plots.

The question I an answer for is it worth holding the plots for a further 6 months will prices increase enough to justify this holding of the plots for a further 6 months.
